He has over 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specialising in operations management, procurement, and production planning. He has extensive practical exposure in purchase management, having handled the end-to-end procurement of raw materials, operational equipment, and QC chemicals for pharmaceutical manufacturing units. His experience includes vendor development, cost reduction, rate contract finalization, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

He oversees the company's quality management operations in adherence to GMP and QMS standards, and has successfully faced USFDA, WHO GMP, and ISO 9001:2015 audits across multiple organisations. He is recognised for his expertise in process validation, SOP implementation, and data integrity compliance.

Shraddha Nahar is the Company Secretary of our Company. She is a qualified Company Secretary, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and additionally holds an LL.B. and M.Com from RDVV University, Jabalpur. She has experience in end-to-end secretarial compliance, including board meeting management, drafting of minutes and resolutions, MCA filings, share allotment and transfer, directorship changes, and statutory register maintenance under the Companies Act, 2013. She is recognised for her sound knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and her familiarity with SEBI, NSE, and BSE portals.
